Description
Purchase of tracked chipper for disposing of cut scrub on Thorne and Hatfield Moors. Funding allocated through the Restoring Humberhead Peatlands EU LIFE+ Project (LIFE13NAT/UK/000451).
To fulfill the LIFE+ Project actions C1 Evapotranspiration reduction (scrub removal) on Hatfield Moor C2 Evapotranspiration reduction (scrub removal) on Thorne Moor
It is anticipated the tracked chipper procured will be a Greenmech SAFE-trak 19-28 Mk2.
