Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council wishes, on behalf of Walsall MBC, Dudley MBC and Wolverhampton City Council (Herein after referred to as âthe Councilââ collectively or ââSandwellââ, âWalsallâ, âWolverhamptonâ and ââDudleyââ individually to invite interested parties (âTenderersâ) to participate in a tender exercise for the Provision of Advocacy Services for Looked After Children
