Description
Scope of Works
The Medical Research Council have a requirement for the replacement of the existing Fluorescent Fittings within the Mary Lyon Centre with high efficiency LED technology.
1. Aims
⢠The aim of this project is to replace the existing fluorescent lighting installation inside the MLC with modern LED equivalents. ⢠The replacement lighting scheme should be fit for purpose for the type of environment and ceiling type. ⢠The lighting scheme must exhibit increased efficiency and low maintenance costs in use. ⢠The retrofit should aim to have a short payback period of around 5 years, which is standard for invest to save schemes.
