Description
Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council seek quality submissions from contractors wishing to be considered for a contract to replace / upgrade the existing door entry system to numerous blocks of flats in Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council.
The contract comprises upgrading existing door entry systems to GPRS access control âcloud based systemâ to approximately 150 blocks. Modems will need to be upgraded & controllers either replaced or upgraded depending on age. The GPRS Access system shall comprise of system controllers that will control up to 2 doors and 1000 users (as a minimum). All access control wiring in communal areas shall be new and enclosed in heavy duty galvanised steel conduit/trunking.
The contract is likely to commence in summer 2016 for a period of approximately 6 months.
