Description
This service shall deliver an independent and impartial mediation service for tenants and leaseholders of Southwark Council. The service shall respond appropriately to referrals for antisocial behaviour and neighbour dispute cases, which may require specialist mediation to de-escalate and achieve a lasting resolution.
