We will initially have a focused approach in Business Administration with the view to widening this and to reskill and upskill staff across the business at various locations over the course of 12-18 months.
We will also look be looking at offering level 4-7 apprenticeship programmes. This will be in line with NHSE requirements that we employ apprentices and also is developing capacity prior to the introduction of the national Apprentice Levy in 2017.
We are looking to increase the apprenticeship presence in the organisation accessing the training funds available via the introduction of the apprenticeship levy to ensure that robust, consistent and appropriate training processes are in place to support the development of apprenticeships across the organisation.
