This contract will be a mixed contract consisting partly of services to which Section 7 applies and partly of other services. Please note that the main subject matter is Enforcement Agent Services.

The Initial Supplier Selection Questionnaire will close on the 14th December at 12 noon.
A maximum of 5 bidders will be invited to submit tenders, it is anticipated that notification will be sent to the successful suppliers on the 18th December. The Provision of Enforcement Agent and Property Inspection Services Blackpool Council and Fylde Council operate a shared Revenues and Benefits service. Blackpool Council as lead partner is looking to enter into a 2+1+1 contract with a single Enforcement Agent company to provide Council Tax, Business Rates and Business Improvement District Levies collection and Inspection Services.
