We would like to do this using a blended digital and classroom provision, presented as coherent learning experiences for new team leaders, developing managers and by providing access to current leadership thinking for our senior leaders. For other staff, we aim to provide resources to support personal development to help them be their most effective in their work to deliver more for the environment.
