Description
The requirement is for quantitative research with energy customers who are tenants. Our view is that a suite of questions on a face-to-face omnibus survey would be particularly appropriate for this research. You are invited to bid on this basis, or to suggest an alternative approach if you think it would be a better way of meeting the brief.
