Description
As part of the commitment to firefighter safety and to maintain operational capacity, the Authority requires the provision of Respiratory Protective Equipment replacement components for use on the Authorityâs preferred breathing apparatus, Draeger PSS 7000. The Draeger PSS 7000 Breathing Apparatus (BA) is the only BA system approved by the Authority for operational use. The requirement is for Draeger Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts that are approved by Draeger for use on the Draeger PSS 7000 Breathing Apparatus.
The successful delivery of this Agreement underpins the Authorityâs ability to fulfil its statutory duties. Lack of continuity of supply would unacceptably hinder the Authorityâs ability to provide itâs statutory duties, as such, delivery within the required timescales and assurance of supply are paramount to the success of the Contract.
