Description
The trust are looking to engage with a supplier for to provide a intra operative spinal imaging system with spinal navigation capability to enhance our neuro/spinal service and support out Better Care and Lower Cost programme. The trust are looking for an innovative system that delivers the following objectives;
ïª Safer surgery using less theatre time ïª Fewer cases of spinal implant malposition ïª Fewer cases of CSF shunt/drain malposition ïª Fewer emergency unplanned returns to theatre ïª Shorter length of stay ïª Fewer spinal CT scans and x-rays ïª Benefits across a breadth of neurosurgery sub-specialties: ïª Deep brain stimulation ïª Spine ïª CSF / hydrocephalus ïª Neuro-oncology ïª Emergency Neurosurgery
