Description
Wokingham Borough Council (WBC) is seeking to commission a suitably experienced and competent D & B Contractor to design and construct a new 529 space multi storey car park with leisure unit underneath at the Carnival Pool site in Wokingham. The Works will include completing the detailed design and construction of the building and associated elements. The internal fit-out of the leisure unit will be completed by others and does not form part of this contract requirements. The Employerâs Requirement documentation will include Planning Application submission information including drawings.
