The purpose of this document is to share Public Health Englandâs specification for the âNational Health Promotion Programme for Sexual Health and Reproductive Health Informationâ from 2016-2019.
The activities announced in this programme specification are essential to supporting a robust public health delivery system in sexual and reproductive health to improve the publicâs health and wellbeing and reduce inequalities. Promoting this agenda requires a focus on new drivers and opportunities such as the application of behaviour science in the digital age, a focus on place-based approaches, evidence based NHS preventative services and transparency of information.
