Description
Swindon Borough Council (SBC) is seeking to commission a suitably experienced and competent Lead Design Consultant to design and contract manage a number of welfare adaptation extensions to its existing housing stock. The consultancy contract will include completing the detailed design, tender preparation, tender evaluation and management of the Principal Contractor (PC to be appointed after the above tender exercise and evaluation) for the duration of the contract.
