This scheme is a mixed use multi- client development comprising ExtraCare apartments, Specialist Care, Health facilities and a public library. The site is a former confectionary factory in a town centre location in Derbyshire. The scheme includes demolition, site clearance and construction of 2-3 storey new build plus refurbishment and conversion of an existing factory building of historic interest.
