Description
You are invited to express your interest in the provision of Architect Services for Mandeville Street as part of the London Borough of Hackney's Housing Redevelopment Programme. This is an exciting opportunity for firms to design housing for a 0.08 Ha site on the Clapton Park Estate in Hackney The draft documents for the Brief and ITT are provided at this time to enable firms to consider fully their interest in this work. The proposed contract is GC/Works/5 (1998) General Conditions for the Appointment of a Consultant (with LB of Hackney amendments). This tender will be administered via an e-procurement system called ProContract. Suppliers must be registered on the system in order to access the documentation and submit a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire. We recognise that this is a low- value contract which would normally be completed in one-stage, however, that would require many firms to produce a concept design, describe their architectural approach to the design, external space, landscaping, and consultation and establishing a full design team. We felt that would be unfair to many firms and so have opted for a two-stage process.

Bidders are advised of a change to this information. The design team service cost range is from 20k lowest to £80k highest. Please take note the Council expects competitive bids for the design service and these figures are indicative only.
