Description
The Works will predominantly comprise the cyclical repair and redecoration as part of the Authorityâs âStock Reinvestment Programmeâ. This will comprise of cyclical repairs and redecoration to the external fabric and internal communal areas of the Authorityâs built housing assets. The Authorityâs delivery model is for a Contractor led âdesign and buildâ approach. Contracts will be awarded based on a Term Contract using under the ACA Term Alliance Contract TAC-1. The Contractor will be required to fulfil the role of Principal Designer and Principal Contractor under CDM Regulations 2015.
