These TMV?s are required to have in place testing and maintenance procedures at defined frequencies. Sentinel Outlets, Calorifiers, Pleat Heat Exchangers (from here on referred to as PHE), Water Tanks and Subordinate Loops are required to have monthly temperature checks, lastly Representative Outlets are to have Annual temperature monitoring.
