Description
Small Steps Big Changes is hosted by Nottingham CityCare Partnership, an innovative social enterprise provider of community health services.
Coproduction is central to the SSBC Programme, and plays a core role in the local system change model. Over the last three years we have committed to this through the 'Community Voice: Community Connection' contract which ends on 31st June 2022. Our ambition has grown in the SSBC Partnership and we are looking for a collaborative partner to: provide a robust infrastructure to support, develop and embed the Parent Champion and Ambassador role across the Nottingham system and, create a sustainable model beyond the SSBC funding in March 2025 to meet our ambition for a tangible coproduction legacy of 'people in the lead' ⢠We need a dynamic agile organisation who will bring their knowledge and understanding of the changing context of the Early Years and Family Sector and flex around this. ⢠We are looking for a collaborative partner who will embrace divergent thinking and collective intelligence ⢠There is a lot of work already taking place and you will need to be aware of this and build on the existing assets whilst being innovative and open to change.
