The Ombudsman for Children’s Office (OCO) is establishing a Panel of Experts pursuant to Sections 7, 8 and 9 of the Ombudsman for Children Act. The Panel will comprise two (2) Lots: Investigation Services Research Services Applicants may apply for one or both Lots using the Application Form provided on the OCO website https://www.oco.ie/about-us/vacancies-and-tenders/. Completed Application Forms must be submitted by email to: [email protected] Applicants wishing to be considered for inclusion on the Panel from its initial establishment must submit their Application Form by 15/05/2026 at 12:00pm. The OCO will select panel members based on the criteria set out in the Application Form and accompanying documents. This Prior Information Notice (PIN) has been published on eTenders and applies over the three (3) year duration of the Panel. Applications will remain open on a ongoing basis, and new applicants may apply via process outlined above.
