Description
Southend Borough Council requires a contractor to refurbish the East Street Annex at St Maryâs C of E Primary School.
The works will include:
⢠Structural repairs to the fronts elevations. ⢠New rainwater goods. ⢠New electrics throughout. ⢠New heating system. ⢠New toilets. ⢠Internal fit-out throughout.
Comprehensive drawings and a specification will be issued to contractors who express an interest and the works will be carried out under a JCT Contract. The tenders will be considered against an evaluation ratio of 70% for price and 30% for quality.
Please submit your request to tender no later than 12 noon on 13th January 2016. We anticipate the tenders will be sent out on 2nd February 2016 with a return date of 1st March 2016. If you do not receive the tender documents by the anticipated tender date please contact us.
The proposed commencement date of this project is 1st April 2016 and we anticipate a 19 week programme of works.
