Additional information: Organisations wishing to Express an Interest for appointment to any Lot of the Framework shall do so by submitting a Pre-Qualifying Questionnaire (“PQQ”). The Authority shall assess this PQQ in relation to each Lot in accordance with the requirements detailed at the beginning of the PQQ. Those organisations that satisfy the requirements of the PQQ as specified, including but not limited to passing the financial assessment, satisfying the mandatory and (as appropriate) discretionary grounds for exclusion and achieving a score of no less than fifty percent (50%) for each question in the technical and professional ability section will be invited to tender for a specific Lot or Lots of the Framework as appropriate.
