Description
The Electoral Commission would like to procure a service provider in respect of the provision for a fully managed payroll service. The service provider will be required to demonstrate their experience and ability in providing services of this nature and be compliant with Government policy. In doing so, they must be able to evidence: â¢Working in partnership and delivering a service that is equally efficient and effective â¢Reducing manual administration and processing costs without risking levels of service â¢Increasing access to valuable management information contained within payroll data â¢Providing an output file for transferring data to General Ledger Accounts with minimum manual intervention â¢Maintaining full history of all employees' details, history and payments made â¢Providing and maintaining full gross to net on-line payroll service â¢Managing the production of all year-end processing â¢Providing help desk facilities including advice and guidance as and when required â¢Complying with Inland Revenue, Contributions Agency and Government Legislation â¢Making payments accurately and on time â¢Interfacing with the Government Pensions scheme PenServer â¢Providing service and systems that are flexible enough to accommodate any future expansion and growth within the Electoral Commission
The Commission's evaluation of the responses will focus on a number of areas, particularly value for money.
