Description
Ad-hoc Structural Repairs
Central Bedfordshire Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for an Ad-Hoc Structural Repairs contract to Council owned dwellings within Central Bedfordshire and surrounding areas.
The contract is to include carrying out ad-hoc structural repairs as identified and specified by the Councilâs appointed Structural Surveyor or officers of the Council, liaising with tenants and residents, carrying out survey and measurement and programming all works.
It is intended that the Contract is awarded for the period February 2017-March 2021.
