The PQQ contains grounds for mandatory and discretionary exclusion of the organisation from consideration for the Framework, together with information about their economic and financial standing, technical and professional ability, insurance and other specified policies. The Authority shall assess this PQQ in relation to each Lot in accordance with the requirements detailed at the beginning of the PQQ.
