Description
The route to market utilised was Lot 2 Office, Learning & Communal Spaces Northern Ireland of the NWUPC framework.
Provides access to four pre-qualified, compliant suppliers through an established framework.
Reduces procurement timescales by removing the need for a full open competition. Delays to the procurement could jeopardise the target of having the office operational by July 2026, a risk for which both the SRO and Head of the Northern Ireland Office have a low tolerance.
