Description
This tender was undertaken as an open procedure, as detailed in Regulation 27 of the UK statutory instrument Public Contracts Regulations 2015/102. The purpose is the creation of a framework agreement for the supply building materials and associated products and services.
Spectrum Housing Group invited tenders for organisations to participate in a 48 month framework agreement. The Agreement will be used by Spectrum and all parts of the Group both current and future, including the development function. This Agreement may be accessed by all other Registered Providers of Social Housing within England, Scotland and Wales.
The Agreement is accessible by all local authorities in England, Scotland and Wales. The Agreement may also be used by all other contracting authorities within England, Scotland and Wales. Links to lists of definable groups that can access this framework are provided within the additional information section of this notice.
The Procurement Partnership Limited (TPPL) a provider of procurement services to the UK public sector will help manage this Agreement and deliver mini-competitions on behalf of contracting authorities. The Agreement is therefore available to all current and future members of TPPL's buying club. A list of members of TPPL can be obtained from http://www.tppl.co.uk/about-us/our-members/. The framework consists of the following lots: Lot 1: All Materials (including general materials and provision of managed service) Lot 2: Plumbing, Heating and Gas Spares Lot 3: Electrical Materials Lot 4: Kitchens Lot 5: Aids, Adaptations and other healthcare items Further information about the lots within this framework are provided within the additional information section of this notice.
