Description
Stroud District Council wish to appoint a maximum of two organisations to provide Cost Management, Quantity surveying, and Procurement services. There is a requirement for a comprehensive cost management service to assist in the successful delivery of projects across Asset management and related services.
We anticipate a minimum quarterly reconciliation of accounts, and the preparation of final accounts.
Works will consist of but will not be limited to;
Retrospective auditing of final accounts Cost planning and forecasting Feasibility to final account Appraisal and advising on project financial control processes Advise on value engineering to maximise budgets
Valuations Final Account Preparation Contractor Claims Analysis and Settlement Contribute to and preparation of management reports In House Gas Provider Service Implementation Contract document preparation and procurement
