Description
Development of frameworks to optimise the proposed Health Service Safety Investigation Body's (HSSIB) operating model, to enable the organisation to maximise its impact in helping the NHS and wider industry to learn from independent investigations and published safety recommendations.
Deliverable 1: Develop a risk identification framework to enable HSSIB to identify patient safety topics, or themes, across multiple care settings to prioritise the focus of our independent investigations
Deliverable 2: Develop an evaluation framework to measure and demonstrate our impact to improve the safety of care across health services
