Description
Social Media Platform Solution for managing social media campaigns, increasing audience engagement, & monitoring media in relation to the Central Bank. The platform will identify potential emerging consumer protection issues and risks in the Irish financial services market, which may inform strategic and general supervisory decision-making. The platform will be used for reviewing Irish consumer related discussions, trend analysis, and to measure the effectiveness of the Bank’s social media campaigns. Social Media Campaign Management will be used to create and run social media campaigns, manage the Banks social media accounts, and for the design of effective communications.
