The maintenance and servicing of the lift units will be carried out in accordance with the specification and the terms and conditions of the TSSC. The service will occur in occupied buildings and in most cases in and around dwellings occupied by persons with disabilities and special needs. Additional instructions may be issued by the Housing Executive, requested through job requests, for additional services to be provided outside the main service.
