Description
The Fire Safety Services tender will comprise of 3 lots each offering fire safety services to the University of Manchester throughout the campus. An integrated electronic management system (GRATiK ) is used to monitor fire safety services across the campus.
Lot 1 - to include ⢠Fire Risk Assessments (FRAâs) ⢠Fire Audits ⢠Produce Emergency Fire Information Reports (per building)
Lot 2 â to include ⢠Fire Advisors
Lot 3 â to include ⢠Fire Engineers
There may be opportunities for additional works which fall outside the contract and the appointed contractor / contractors could be asked to provide a competitive quotation using the companyâs commercial rates.
The contract is for a three year period with the possibility of two one year extensions.
