Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW) is a special health authority within NHS Wales who have a leading role in the education, training, development, and shaping of the healthcare workforce in Wales, whilst supporting high-quality care of the people of Wales.HEIW has awarded a contract to Tektology to support the development of a Digital Leadership Vision and Graduated Capability Model for the NHS Wales workforce.
