This specification covers reactive maintenance and planned maintenance for:
Plumbing and Heating â including: water and gas, from repairs and maintenance to refurbishment projects.
Drain Services â Including: unblocking services.
Surfacing works â includes: resurfacing paths and roads.
Electrical Works â Including bulb changes to new fittings.
Painting & Decoration
Roofing Services â Including: flat roofs, pitched tiles, from repairs and maintenance to replacement roofing projects.
General Building â including: joinery, minor repairs and planned projects.
Audio Visual â Including: replacement projector bulbs and minor repairs to projectors, smart boards etc.
