Description
The service comprises of quality audits to mechanical service responsive repairs and planned maintenance to buildings for orders placed under the new Heating and Water contracts A (north of the borough) and B (south of the borough) which are due to commence on 1 April 2016.
⢠Quality audits of individual boiler installations and district heating plant. ⢠Quality audits of gas servicing systems and processes. ⢠Quality audits of testing regimes on cold water storage tanks and temperature monitoring. ⢠Pre installation quality control audits ⢠Work in progress quality control auditing ⢠Internal systems auditing to ensure current legislation is complied with ⢠Booster sets for high rise buildings ⢠Leaseholder gas servicing record certificate audits and review.
