Description

Tender for the procurement of personal safety alarm (PSA) services to support the most vulnerable / high risk of harm individuals. The operational processes shall enable Staffordshire Police (or other identified police forces by referral) to respond immediately for calls for service by providing an accurate geo-location of the point from where a call for support was activated, through a minimum of GPS. The operational processes should enable Staffordshire Police (or other police forces by referral) to 'live time' track movement of the activated PSA The PSAs should be easy to operate and of appropriate design to be discreet, particularly noting that they may be allocated to victims of domestic abuse, where the perpetrator may be resident in a household.
