Description
Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Authority is seeking to set up a framework of qualified and experienced contractors to provide welding and metal fabrication services, primarily to support the structural upkeep and operational readiness of Fire and Rescue infrastructure.The Framework will consist of 6 Regional Lots covering our Service area as follows:Lot 1 CarmarthenshireLot 2 PembrokeshireLot 3 CeredigionLot 4 PowysLot 5 Neath Port TalbotLot 6 SwanseaPlease note that suppliers will only be able to bid for a maximum of 2 Lots from the 6 lots available.The top 3 scoring contractors will be awarded to each Lot and they will be ranked in order of the scores they receive as part of the tender evaluation.The Framework will be in place for 2 years with an option for a further 2year extension.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=158510.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
