Delivery Notes

The project is sponsored and supported by Anglia Ruskin University (ARU) and its Postgraduate Medical Institute (PMI), Chelmsford City Council (CCC), Harlow District Council (HDC) and Southend-on-Sea Borough Council (SBC) – the Founding Partners – along with a number of other key stakeholders in industry, local and central government and the NHS. Anglia Ruskin is looking to appoint a Property Agent (PA) to promote the venture to occupiers within the UK and overseas. The Board is not, however, seeking to appoint an agency to conduct a marketing campaign for the Anglia Ruskin MedTech Campus, that will be carried out separately, or for a profile-raising exercise from this procurement process. The Board are seeking to appoint a Property Agent that has the knowledge of the identified markets and sector to generate positive leads for anchor tenants. The appointment will be for an initial period of one year with a one year extension possible on the basis of a commission-led approach.
