Description

Ofwat requires interim economist support to its Water 2020 programme. - The successful candidate could be responsible for contributing to specific projects such as: - Supporting the identification of where upstream competition could be introduced to deliver customer benefits and determining how competition can most effectively be introduced. - Providing an assessment of the benefits and risks associated with any changes proposed. - Contributing to the design of new access pricing arrangements to support any market arrangements. - Contributing to the risk and reward work stream - which is looking at how we can ensure that companies are incentivised to deliver customer value and at the same time are fairly rewarded for past and future investments. This will require issues such as RCV allocation and indexation (RPI vs CPI) to be addressed. Interested suppliers must register their company with mytenders portal (website address: http://www.mytenders.org/). In order to tender for this requirement; suppliers are required to obtain a copy of the Invitation to tender/Specification document; which is available to download from the mytenders portal.
