Description
The aim of Newham Clinical Commissioning Groupâs patient and public engagement service is to enable the CCG to move beyond engagement. We are seeking a provider with expertise in community engagement to support the CCG to build meaningful and effective engagement platforms through which it engages patients, the third sector and the traditionally ignored. These platforms should function to enable the CCG to put patients and the public at the centre of how local NHS services are designed, commissioned and monitored. The service should essentially include three core elements: 1. Patient and Public Voice Platform 2. Bespoke experience-led co-designing activities and methods 3. Capacity development and grow engagement of Patient Participation Groups (PPG)
Across all three elements of the PPE service, the provider will be expected to develop and maintain effective mechanisms through which to provide feedback to all participants on a regular basis. The financial envelope for this project is £170,000 per annum.
