Description
On the South Wales Fire and Rescue site at Pontycymmer, we are looking to appoint a Principal Contractor (PC) to carry out the refurbishment of and construction of a new extension.Due to the amount and size of Plans, reports and surveys these will need to be emailed to all interested parties.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=122406.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility. Contractors need to pay cognisance to the requirements of the Act and state how they would report their compliance with it to us through delivery of this contract.
