There is an amendment required to the framework agreement for the provision of Insourcing / Outsourcing of Clinical, Surgical and Diagnostic Procedures. There is an increase in value in year 4 which exceeds the estimated total value of the framework at point of award. Total value of the procurement: 57000000 GBP comprising the original contract value (4000000GBP) plus the value of the modification (17000000GBP).
