Description
Wycombe District Council is seeking tenders for Urban Design and Master planning services. The Council is seeking to identify a âpreferred scenarioâ for the major expansion of Princes Risborough as part of the preparation of the Princes Risborough Town Plan. The tender also calls for Urban Design services to integrate a range of technical outputs (traffic, parking, economic and retail) with a public realm design to address issues in Princes Risborough town centre and connectivity to the railway station, arising from the expansion of the town.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
