Brentwood Borough Council's requirement under this contract is: â¢Site clearance including all existing garden buildings â¢Removal of all planting/shrubs and trees other than those to be retained â¢The provision of new grassed and planting areas â¢The provision of new footpaths and paved areas â¢Repairs and maintenance to existing gullies and drainage systems â¢Provision of clothes drying and pave areas â¢Provision of new fencing.
