Description
The London Borough of Redbridge (âthe Authorityâ) is seeking Quotations from suitably experienced and qualified organisations for the Contract for the Provision of Asset Valuations and Insurance Reinstatement Valuations in the London Borough of Redbridge (âthe Contractâ).
The Contract will commence on 22nd June 2015 and, subject to satisfactory performance, shall continue up to and including 31st March 2020 (the âContract Periodâ). At the sole discretion of the Authority and subject to satisfactory performance of the contractor the Authority may extend the Contract Period for up to five (5) years in such period or periods as the Authority deems appropriate, providing a possible total Contract Period to 31st March 2025.
