Description
NICE requires the provision of services to support the development of new NICE indicators. The Indicator programme develops outcome measures that reflect the quality of care, or process measures linked by evidence to improve outcomes. All NICE indicators are developed according to a robust development process and are used in a number of national indicator frameworks focused on different parts of the health service including the Quality and Outcomes Framework, the Clinical Commissioning Group Improvement and Assessment Framework. NICE indicators cover the full care pathway for health care, from public health to acute care and end of life care. The potential for indicators focused on social care and the integration between services is also being explored.NICE is hosting an engagement day to discuss with potential providers the requirements of the contract and to share potential methods for delivering the required outputs. These discussions will be used to inform the final requirements and specification for the tender. The engagement day is planned for the afternoon of Monday 31 October at the NICE Manchester Offices. Specific timings and details will be sent to interested parties prior to the workshop. Please email [email protected] to register your interest in the workshop. Please provide your name, contact details, company address and a list of attendees.
