In particular, the Provider shall communicate effectively with other CHIS providers and relevant services in a timely fashion when children move in or out of the area, ensuring that the child's record is updated and the relevant health professionals are informed. • to support Maternity, Health Visiting, School Nursing, LAC and Immunisation Teams and Primary Care in the collation and distribution of immunisation schedules and developmental review schedules in a timely and efficient manner. • to recording accurate and timely data in respect of all programs encapsulated by the Healthy Child Programme

The contract duration will be 4 years and 3months - Berkshire area contract will commence on 1st January 2017 followed by Bath and North East Somerset, Gloucestershire, Swindon, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire which will commence on 1st April 2017.
