Description
Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council is acting as the Lead Authority for the sale of Recovered Newspapers and Magazines and Mixed Paper from Councils within the Hertfordshire Waste Partnership (HWP) and Chelmsford City Council.
The procurement is being undertaken in two Lots:
Lot 1 - Recovered newspapers and magazines Lot 2 - Recovered mixed paper including tetra pak.
Bidder can bid for either of both Lots
