Description
A contract award for the provision of search, assessment and selection services to recruit a candidate for HS2 Ltdâs Chief Executive Officer (CEO) position. The executive search services will comprise the awarded supplier to: ⢠Undertake campaign management of the executive search; ⢠Develop the CEO job and person specifications with input from HS2 Ltd; ⢠Search and attract potential candidates (including advertising and marketing the position accordingly); ⢠Formulate long and short lists of potential candidates; ⢠Assess and evaluate potential candidates using a variety of different methods; and ⢠Assist in the offer and appointment of the preferred candidate.
