Description
New and updated clauses for the Specification for Highways Works (SHW) to provide an equivalency and opportunity for innovation for concrete roads similar to that currently enjoyed by bituminous roads. A number of specific clauses have been identified by industry, designers and HA technical staff as being technically out of date and unduly restrictive.
